Your Body Is Not Broken

We often think of healing as something we need to chase — something outside of ourselves. When we feel anxious, unwell, or stuck, it's easy to believe our body is failing us. But what if the opposite is true?

What if your body isn’t broken at all?

Most of us carry a story of brokenness — one passed down through culture, trauma, and generations. This story gets woven into our nervous system, shaping how we experience ourselves and the world.

And so, we try to fix, control, or override the body. We're taught to see symptoms as problems, to push through pain, to mistrust our inner signals. We chase health like it’s a destination — a goal we haven’t reached yet.

But what if health isn’t something to reach?
What if it’s something to remember?

Health is not just the absence of symptoms. It’s a natural harmony the body already knows. It’s a deep inner memory — of safety, connection, and aliveness — that we can return to.

Emotional Release, Self-Regulation, and Amanae Bodywork are powerful ways to support this return. They don’t treat the body as broken. Instead, they invite it to tell its story, to release what’s been held, and to reconnect with its own wisdom.
